COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the second respondent in Letter No.Pa.U.Pi1/19768/2022, dated 04.03.2022 and quash the same and further directing the respondents to refix the seniority of the Petitioners as Agriculture Officers ( Extension ) based on the merit of the Petitioners obtained in the selection process of the year 2007-2008 instead of Roaster system. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since the seniority has been refixed subsequent to the filing of these writ petitions, these writ petitions have now become infructuous.

3. After recording the said submission, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
