O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint was enquired and the same was closed. Further he submits that right now, the petitioner is not required for any investigation on any complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the fake complaint as if lodged by the 5th respondent, the second respondent conducted enquiry and called the petitioner to the police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL.O.P(MD)No.8786 of 2019 station and they are demanding money. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a detailed representation on 13.06.2019 to the first respondent.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 13.06.2019, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
