ORDER

The petitioner, who is serving as an Secondary Grade Teacher in Ayyanarpuram Adi Dravidar Primary School in Theni District, has come to this Court seeking a limited direction to the respondent to consider his objection dated 05.08.2015 and publish the new panel fit for promotion to the post of Primary School Headmaster, Adi Dravidar Welfare Schools, Theni District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was functioning as an in-charge Head Master in Ayyanarpuram Adi Dravidar Primary School in Theni District for the past two years. In several Primary Schools, the Head Master Post have become vacant, for which, the respondent also issued a proceedings dated 13.07.2015 with a tentative panel for Secondary https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Grade Teachers fit for promotion. The petitioner has given his objection to the respondent, dated 05.08.2015, but so far the same has not been considered and therefore, the petitioner has sought for disposal of his objection.

4. The learned Government Advocate, who took notice for the respondent, sought a reasonable time to consider and dispose of the objection submitted by the petitioner, dated 05.08.2015.

5. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate and also considering the limited scope of prayer, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the objection submitted by the petitioner, dated 05.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
