ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) This petition has been filed by the father, seeking production of his daughter, Shanthi, aged 20 years.

2.Detenue is present before us. She is a major and informs that she had gone to work at a Hosiery company at Tiruppur and on coming to know that this petition has been filed she has appeared before the second respondent. Second respondent confirms such position. Detenue is now returning to the parental home. 3.In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
