ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The detenu, namely, Soundarya, D/o.Soundarapandian, aged about 20 years, has been produced by her counsel. She informs of having entered upon a marriage with the third respondent, since she had been in love with him and her parents had refused to accept their relationship.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs that the third respondent is not of marriageable age, as he is only 20 years.

3. Undoubtedly, the petitioner is a major and she has informed her desire to go with the third respondent. The petitioner and his wife, the father and mother of the detenu, are present in Court. They have been informed of the above position. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The present Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed accordingly.
