This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the entire records of the proceedings initiated by the Sub Collector cum Sub Divisional Magistrate Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, vide m3/9454/ 2018, dated 28.01.2019 and quash the said proceedings as against the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that since the proceedings in m3/9454/ 2018, was issued on 28.01.2019, nothing survives for further adjudication.
