ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register a case based upon the complaint, dated 14.05.2018 given by the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 14.05.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner's complaint, dated 14.05.2018 is pending and the petitioner has not co-operated for the enquiry. If the petitioner co-operates with the enquiry, the said enquiry will be completed within two weeks.

given by the petitioner that the petitioner will co-operate for the enquiry as and when required by the respondent police, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and proceed with the enquiry in accordance with law. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, then the respondent police is directed to register the case and if it is not, the second respondent police shall drop further proceedings. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
