PRAYER: PRAYER: This Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondent nos 2 and 6 not to interfere into the civil subject matter arising out of the tenancy agreement between the 3rd respondent and the petitioner in respect of holding the possession of the property situated at D.No.35, Gurusamy Tevar Compound, Moratanpathiri, New Jail Road, Madurai City where the auto workshop is being functioned at the instances of the petitioner in the name and style of Sri Meenakshi Auto Carriage.
