The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in WP(MD)No.27474 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that writ appeal has been preferred in W.A(MD)No.1904 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.07.2025 passed the following order:

4. The competent authority will take into account the objections raised by the writ petitioners. Whatever be the decision that is taken by the Department, a copy of the same will be immediately furnished to the writ petitioners. All the contentions of the writ petitioners are left open. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
