Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for a direction to the second respondent to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 5.10.2015 given by the petitioner for offences u/s. 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC and consequently, direct the first respondent to supervise the investigation.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint dated 05.10.2015, given by the petitioner for offences u/s. 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(ii) of IPC and consequently, direct the first respondent to supervise the investigation.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint dated 05.10.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.11.2015 and a copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
