ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the guise of enquiry, consequently direct the respondents to provide adequate police protection to them by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 21.05.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint is only against the petitioner's husband. The petitioner's husband is having twenty five criminal cases and is a history sheeter. Hence, the respondent police wanted to enquire the petitioner about her husband. The petitioner is not harassed by the respondent police. 4.It is made clear that the husband of the petitioner is a history sheeter. He is bound to be enquired by the respondent police and the same cannot be stopped. In sofar as the petitioner is concerned, the respondent police may issue a summon before calling for enquiry.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
