This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to secure the accused in connection with Crime No.1 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the applications for anticipatory bail filed by the accused persons were dismissed on 05.04.2019 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli in Cr.M.P.No.1159 and 1160 of 2019. Even though the respondent police did not take any steps to secure the accused. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending.

CRL.O.P.(MD).No.8800 of 2019 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to secure the accused and complete the investigation Crime No.1 of 2019, and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
