The petitioner has filed this petition, under Section 439(1)(b) Cr.P.C., seeking relaxation of the condition, imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, Dindigul District, vide order dated 29.04.2015, in Cr.M.P.No.1110 of 2015, dated 29.04.2015, that she should appear and sign before the respondent Police at 10.00 a.m., on every first working day of English Calender Month until further orders.
2. Heard Mr.A.Prasanna Rajadurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.Balasubramani, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent.

Taking into consideration the fact that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed, in Crime No.107 of 2015, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul, Dindigul District, vide Order dated 29.04.2015, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Cr.M.P.No.1110 of 2015, that the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent Police at 10.00 a.m., on every first working
day of English Calender Month until further orders is completely relaxed.
