O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J] The petitioner is the father of the detenue. According to the petitioner, the detenue is in the illegal custody of the respondent No.3. The detenue is produced before us today. She has stated that she married the third respondent voluntarily. We allowed the petitioner and his wife to have a talk with the detenue. Accordingly, the matter was adjourned to the after noon. After adjournment, the detenue has expressed her desire that she wanted to go along with the third respondent. As the detenue is a major, in the light of the above, we do not find any illegal custody. The detenue is set at liberty. The Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
