ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the maintenance case in M.C.No.6 of 2013, pending against them, filed by the respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel on either side submitted that pending this petition, the learned Magistrate has passed final orders in M.C.No.6 of 2013, on 27.12.2017, allowing the petition and therefore, nothing survives https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for further adjudication in this petition. They have also produced a copy of the order dated 27.12.2017, passed in M.C.No.6 of 2013.

3. Under the above circumstances, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is accordingly, closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
