ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint, dated 22.05.2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 22.05.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner had appeared for an enquiry before the respondent police and stated not to proceed further in the complaint. Hence, the respondent police closed the said complaint.
