ORDER

This Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.27905 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024, thereby, quashed the refusal check slip dated 22.08.2024 and directed the petitioner to represent the Will for registration and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to follow the procedure as laid down under Sections 23, 27, 40 and 41 of the Registration Act and follow the procedure as contemplated under Chapter XIII, of the Registration Rules and if complied this procedure, the respondent shall register the same and release the document.

The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the subject property comprised in survey No.50/1 situated at Devipattinam Village, Ramanathapuram District to an extent of 2.01.0 Hectare is classified as poramboke land. The petitioner produced the document contains the survey number and the subdivision survey number 172, it was not mentioned any patta number and the owner name. 2/4

3. On verification of the survey No.172, it revealed that it is classified as Poramboke to an extent of 1.39.0 Hectare. Therefore, the petitioner cannot deal with the property and the request was rejected by the respondent.
