: Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent made in Na.Ka.No.32/2015, dated 27.01.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to extent the lease period for nine years in terms of G.O.Ms.No.92, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 03.07.2007.

Today, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions from the respondent, states that in the public auction held, it has been auctioned for a sum of Rs.3,670/- and the petitioner is not able to offer the said amount, nor as per the earlier direction, he has deposited Rs.3,00,000/-.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition, which is, accordingly, closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
