This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 10.05.2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that both parties appeared for an enquiry before the respondent police and the petitioner has also undertakes not to proceed further in the complaint. In the light of the above said statement, the respondent closed the complaint.
