ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to alter the F.I.R in respect of Crime No.162 of 2018 dated 18.04.2018 and file a final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that final report will be placed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, within a period of three months.

3.In the light of the above, the respondents are directed to file a final report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
