This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the third respondent, enquiry is pending before the second respondent and the same will be concluded within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent may conduct the enquiry by serving summons to the petitioner.

direction to the second respondent to conduct the enquiry by issuing necessary summons to the parties concerned and complete the same in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
