ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.90 of 2019. 2.This Court, by order, dated 16.07.2019 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.90 of 2019 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.90 of 2019 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
