O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by husband of the detenu seeking to produce the alleged detenu namely Sushmitha, W/o.Muthalagu, aged 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the detenu on receiving the information of the habeas corpus petition filed by her husband, has voluntarily appeared before the respondent police and she is produced before this Court.
3. We enquired the detenu. During the enquiry she submitted that due to some misunderstanding with her husband she had gone out from the matrimonial home and now, she is ready and willing to go along with her husband.
4. Recording the statement of the detenu, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
