The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.01.2018 passed in W.P. (MD)No.17 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 05.01.2018, notice was issued to the petitioner and an inspection was subsequently conducted, following which orders have been passed. The petitioner has challenged the said order and the matter is presently pending. Therefore, as on date, no cause of action arises in this contempt petition.

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
