This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 05.02.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the second respondent conducted enquiry, on the complaint dated 05.02.2016 given by the petitioner and closed the same with an advice to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint to the District Crime Branch, Kanyakumari District, since the allegation relates to job racketing and a copy of the closure report has been served to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint before the District Crime Branch, Kanyakumari District in person and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action accordance with law.
