This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22786 of 2016, dated 28.03.2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22786 of 2016, dated 28.03.2019 has been complied with.

3. In view of the compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.22786 of 2016, dated 28.03.2019, nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petition. Therefore, this Contempt Petition is closed.
