ORDER

Complaining of cancellation of patta without notice to the petitioner, the petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition.

2. The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 26.01.2017. The said representation is pending with him without any disposal. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.01.2017 in respect of S.No.191 as per G.O.Ms.No.1300, Revenue Department, dated 30.04.1971, in the light of Tamil Nadu Act 26/1948, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 26.01.2017 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent forthwith.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
