[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. Admittedly, number of proceedings both Civil Law and Criminal Law are pending. This is inclusive of petitions filed for divorce in H.M.O.P.(MD) No.141 of 2007 and maintenance case. According to the petitioner, the detenue is living separately from 2008 onwards. Thus, we find no merits in this application.
