ORDER

This petition has been filed for cancelling the bail granted in favour of the respondents 1 and 2 herein.

2.The petitioner's counsel would point out that the bail was granted and the victim was discharged from the hospital. He also point out on the same day, the accused had attacked the petitioner's son also.

3.At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the accused came forward to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.8852 of 2019 Only) directly to the petitioner/de-facto complainant herein. The accused are directed to take a demand draft in favour of the petitioner/de-facto complainant and handed over the said demand draft to the learned counsel for the petitioner/de-facto complainant, herein, namely, R.Venkatesan. The payment by the accused will be without prejudice to their defence. 4.Recording the said undertaking given by the accused, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
