The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw these writ petitions without prejudice his rights to approach the respondents to get the relief and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the bundles. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the endorsement he made, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice his rights to approach the respondents for appropriate relief.
