ORDER

It is a petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute involving question of title and right of alienation etc, in order to enable the parties to agitate the disputes in the civil Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that there is an undertaking on the part of the respondents that they will not interfere in the civil dispute.
