ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash all further proceedings of the impugned summons dated 07.02.2025 issued by the first respondent as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to issuance of the impugned summons, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
