O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the detenu. 2.It is a case that the detenu is not known and probably with the fourth respondent. The facts are otherwise, it appears that as early as on 28.11.2016, the petitioner and the detenu has severe relationship. Though the legal implication of the affidavit changed between the petitioner and detenu as a different issue, the fact remains that there is no illegal detention involved. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention and hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. No costs.
