ORDER

The respondent is present before this Court and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing appearing for the respondent would submit that the enquiry has been completed by closing the complaint, stating that there is no ground in the complaint for further proceedings. It was also intimated to the petitioner. He also acknowledged the same on 15.06.2024.

2. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the matter in accordance with law, if so advised.

3. With the above said liberty, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
