This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the Inspector of Police (Land Grabbing Cell), Virudhunagar, the second respondent herein to register the complaint dated 25.09.2015 given by the petitioner herein and investigate the same and file a final report in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the complaint dated 25.09.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 20.10.2015 and a copy of the closure report has been served to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
