This petition is filed seeking quashment of F.I.R in Cr.No.8 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameswaram, and the same was taken on cognizance in C.C.No.7 of 2020 and it was posted to 14.12.2021 for the appearance of the accused.

3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further adjudication or further consideration in this petition. Hence the petition has become infructuous. If the petitioners aggrieved by the contents of the final report, they shall work out their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
