ORDER
The prayer in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.267/2014/A1 dated 03.11.2014 on the file of the third respondent herein and quash the same.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would assail this impugned order on the very short ground that before passing the order impugned, dated 03.11.2014, no notice was given to him. 3.
On the above-said submission, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that proper notice will be issued and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ thereafter, appropriate orders will be passed by the respondents.

In view of the above, the order impugned, dated 03.11.2014 stands set aside giving liberty to the respondents to give notice to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the reply to be filed by the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of notice, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
