This petition has been filed, praying to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents herein not to harass the petitioners in the name of investigation/enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioners to the Police Station and harassed them under the guise of enquiry in respect of a matrimonial dispute.

4. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioners were called only for enquiry in respect of a case in Crime No.36 of 2015, pending against them and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioners. the petitioners is required, the respondent would call the petitioners for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
