[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of his daughter from the custody of the third respondent and to set her at liberty.

2.The detenue is a major. She has married the third respondent out of her own volition. She has informed us that at present she is living with the third respondent.
