The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam to commit the case PRC No. 70 of 2010 to the Court of Session for trial within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kumbakonam is directed to commit the case in PRC No. 70 of 2010 to the Court of Sessions for trial, within a period of Four Weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
