This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order of the third respondent dated 14.09.2015 and to direct the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents to issue property tax receipts to his properties in Survey Nos.327/2A1A and 328/2, Kumarakiri Village, Pudukkottai, Tuticorin District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, i.e., 07.08.2017, it has been reported by the learned counsel on either side that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and tax receipts, as prayed for by the petitioner, had already been issued to him.

4. Such being the case, no further orders is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
