ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case/F.I.R on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 14.04.2018 and investigate into the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 14.04.2018, against the proposed accused, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the enquiry was conducted and both the parties have appeared for an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry and made a statement that they have to seek their remedy before the Civil Court and in view of the statement given by both parties, the complaint has been closed.
