ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that a case was registered against the petitioners in Crime No.127 of 2025 under Sections 296(b) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023. The offences alleged against the petitioners are bailable in nature.

2. In view of the above fact, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
