ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report in connection with the Crime No.117 of 2017 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thuraiyur.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is pending and the final report will be filed within one month.

4.Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.117 of 2017, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
