The petitioners have filed this Petition to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.68 of 2023 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation has already been completed on 02.04.2023 and they are yet to file a final report.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to present the final report within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the concerned Magistrate is also directed to take the report on file. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is having a case. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
