[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of her daughter and to hand over her custody to her. 2.The detenue was produced by the third respondent. The detenue stated before us that she wants to be with the third respondent, who is none other than the father of the detenue. The third respondent has also filed G.W.O.P.No.18 of 2017 before the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli for the custody of the detenue. 3.In such view of the matter, there is no illegal detention involved.
