[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent to produce the detenu namely Elavarasi, D/O.Manimaran, aged about 21 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.

3. The detenu was produced before this Court. She informed that she is aged about 22 years and also informed us that she got married. Thus, we find that there is no illegal detention.
