3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner had approached the Inspector of Police, Sattur Police Station who is not a party in this Criminal Original Petition.

Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Inspector of Police, Sattur Police Station, Virudhunagar District.
