PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to issue a direction, directing the Fast track Court No.II (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai to complete the trial in S.T.C.No. 77 of 2021 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Fast track Court No.II (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai to complete the trial in S.T.C.No. 77 of 2021 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the Fast track Court No.II (Judicial Magistrate Level), Madurai to dispose the case pending in STC No.77 of 2021 within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
