O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the third respondent to register an F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint dated 09.02.2016 preferred by the petitioner and to initiate necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner has approached this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3241 of 2016 for a direction to register an F.I.R., based on the complaint dated 09.02.2016. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3241 of 2016, on 25.02.2016, F.I.R. has been registered by the respondent police in Crime No.57 of 2016 on 30.03.2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 354, 506(ii) of I.P.C. r/w. Section 4 of Women Harassment Act r/w. Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act.
